AASCF 2014 COMPETITION DATES
AASCF is Australia’s most progressive All Star Cheer & Dance Event Company and it is acknowledged that our Championships are setting the standard for cheer & dance competitions in Australia.
We work very hard to support our hard working coaches and program owners and as our sport grows in popularity we have responded to their requests for additional AASCF competition opportunities with an innovative new style of Championship.
The ALL STAR BATTLE’s will be a based upon a brand new format for our Championships based on the Worlds format where all cheer teams compete on both the Saturday and Sunday with scores from both days added together for final placement.
In addition to all the normal AASCF Championship standards you have come to expect, the ALL STAR BATTLE Championships will have enhanced production values and will be a perfect opportunity to establish & fine tune routines over the 2 performances.
We welcome all States to cross compete at any of our Championships and envisage that many programs will take up the chance compete in multiple BATTLE Championships in order to maximize their performance opportunities. Accommodation packages will be available for all BATTLES in all States.
We thank the Australian cheer & dance community for their continued support and look forward to seeing you at any one of our Championships in 2014.

HELP US TO HELP YOU!
YOU can contribute to a GREAT AASCF competition environment by turning in registration packs ON TIME with ALL information and payment present. This allows us to work on our major event preparations in a timely manner, which in turn allows us to give you full and accurate schedule and division information prior to the competition. And, it allows you to schedule your logistics as well as us to schedule ours. And that really does make a difference you and your teams can appreciate throughout your AASCF experience.
Helpful Tips for Coaches and Programme Directors
PLAN AHEAD! At AASCF, we need to book our venues over a year in advance. No matter how much planning and estimating we do, it is virtually impossible for us to predict an exact amount of growth in the next year, which does leave open the possibility that our more popular events could sell out of spectator tickets and/or even TEAM competition slots. We will do everything in our power to prevent this scenario, but in the event that a sell-out for teams does occur, we will prioritize complete registrations only on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register as early as possible!
We suggest all programmes sign and submit their waiver/medical/publicity release forms when they begin their season regardless of when they plan to attend an AASCF event and send them into the AASCF office along with your AASCF membership forms. That way only new and incoming people need to sign forms at the actual registration time.
Packing signed waiver forms and listing your athletes names on rosters in alphabetical order by surname is a great help to coaches and to us at AASCF! ;-)
If you need help with organizing your registration details, medical forms, travel, accommodations, routines, hair/makeup, or anything else— don’t be afraid to delegate that to a trusted parent or leading athlete. If you give them the knowledge and or equipment to help you, they will!
If you have any questions about your registration process, legalities, procedures, etc. please feel free to contact us at AASCF. We will be happy to answer your queries via e-mail or phone with a dedicated staff member!
